STEP 2

YOUR FIRST COOK: CRISPY AIR-FRYER WINGS

One simple method. Two very different flavors.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 1 lb chicken wings, patted very dry
  • 1 to 2 tsp neutral oil
  • For Suya: 1 tbsp Suya Blend
  • For Naija Fire: 1 tsp Naija Fire to start, plus salt to taste

HOW TO COOK

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Toss the wings with oil and your chosen blend until evenly coated.
  3. Air fry in a single layer for 18 to 24 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Cook until crisp and the thickest wing reaches 165°F. Taste, then add another shake if you want more.
THE EASY RULE: Oil lightly. Season before cooking. Taste after. Add another shake if the moment calls for it.

STEP 3

BREAK THE USUAL ROTATION.

Want both? Try 3 parts Suya with 1 part Naija Fire for smoky, savory flavor with a sharper kick.

WHY IT TASTES DIFFERENT

MADE IN NIGERIA. BUILT FOR YOUR ROTATION.

Every Wahala blend is made in Nigeria by founder Nico’s cousin using ingredients sourced in Nigeria, then shipped to the United States for packaging.

Suya is rooted in Nigeria’s iconic grilled-meat street-food tradition. Naija Fire is a family-influenced Wahala original. The story explains the flavor. The food does the rest.

ALLERGEN NOTE

Suya Blend contains peanuts. Naija Fire is made without peanuts but in a facility that contains peanuts. If you combine the blends, the result contains peanuts.
