Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your Wahala order. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery at wahalaspices@gmail.com and we’ll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Because Wahala products are food items, we generally cannot accept returns of opened products. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can help.
Damages and order issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Pre-orders
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, it is handled under our standard satisfaction guarantee.
