The Traditional Nigerian Suya
- 1½ lb steak tips, beef sirloin or flank steak, sliced thin against the grain
- 3–4 tbsp Wahala Suya Spice Blend
- 2 tbsp roasted ground peanuts (if not already included in your blend)
- 2 tbsp neutral oil (peanut or vegetable oil works best)
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
